September 2020 virtual auditions

Dear Prospective Choristers and Their Families:

We are happy to announce that we are rolling out a HYBRID live and online choral Fall 2020 semester starting September 14. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we modified the structure of our choral semester. At present, our Fall 2020 semester (September-December 2020) is likely to feature a combination of short optional live rehearsals in Chapel Hill (outside, in masks and socially distanced), virtual choir rehearsals and individual online voice lessons. Should the public health situation in North Carolina change, we plan to review and modify this plan accordingly.

**NCBC and NCGC is holding and accepting requests for virtual auditions in the month of September 2020. Email us at INFO@NCBOYSCHOIR.ORG

**We also have some limited slots available for live auditions in Chapel Hill on Monday evenings upon request.

**No prior music or singing experience is required for enrollment in our beginning choir. Additionally, we keep the size of that choir small to bring out your child’s natural singing talent in a small group and to help with any natural timid demeanor.

We have openings for girls and boys in our advanced choirs and our beginning choir:

  • Training (Beginner Boys and Girls)
  • Prima (Advanced Girls Only)
  • Concert (Advanced Boys Only)
